Your Stress Bucket

byHelen Crossland/December 30, 2024/inBlog, Coaching

Managing your stress bucket (particularly over the holiday season) is important now more than ever.

Identifying what can cause us stress and what helps to manage this can be really useful.

Look at where your stressors start and put those on the top section. Then identify what relieves your stress and put that on the bottom. Ideally, you should have one positive for each negative, and whilst that’s not always possible – the more you do to replenish yourself when stressed, the better you cope with it!
