Mouse on a wheel

byHelen Crossland/December 31, 2024/inBlog

Mindfulness was instrumental for me in changing from the classic “mouse on a wheel” to a calmer, more present coach who was able to work through issues rationally and compassionately for me and my clients. 💜

I still practice mindfulness and still recommend its use because it isn’t just about mediation – meditation is only one part of the picture. We can all find things in our life to use as our “flow” to help us thrive. Even just slowing our breathing or controlling our thoughts by distraction can help with our mindset and clear our heads before making huge decisions. ☺️

I have run various courses in mindfulness for several years and the results remain the same my clients become calmer, more relaxed, replenished, healthier and more able to accept what they can control and what they can’t.

Please comment below or message me if you would like my handout on tips to stay mindful. 🧘‍♀️
