Guiding you from self-doubt to self-trust through growth, transformation, and healing
🌿 Ways to Work Together
Whether you’re close to burnout, rebuilding your confidence, or ready to make lasting changes in your life, I offer coaching programmes designed to support you with care, clarity, and compassion.
Diagnostic Session
If you’re not sure where to start, this one-off session provides a safe and confidential space to explore where you are right now — emotionally, mentally, and professionally.
Together, we’ll map your current challenges, identify underlying patterns, and clarify what kind of support will help most. You’ll leave with a clear sense of next steps and a plan for recovery and growth.
Burnout doesn’t happen overnight. It’s often the result of years spent pushing through exhaustion, self-doubt, or perfectionism — until suddenly, you can’t anymore. I know that experience personally.
True recovery begins when we stop striving and start listening — to what we need, to what matters, and to who we really are.
Three-Month Programme — Reconnect & Recover
Ideal if you’re ready to regain balance and confidence after a difficult period.
Over three months, we’ll explore the deeper roots of burnout, self-doubt, or imposter feelings and begin to replace them with greater self-awareness and emotional resilience.
You’ll gain practical tools, reflective exercises, and personalised strategies to help you move forward with clarity, calm, and renewed confidence.
Six-Month Programme — Restore & Redefine
For those seeking deeper transformation and lasting change.
This six-month journey helps you rebuild from the inside out — restoring energy, redefining priorities, and creating a sustainable way of living and working.
We’ll work together to strengthen self-trust, establish healthy boundaries, and build confidence that endures, even in demanding environments.
Includes regular coaching sessions, progress reviews, and tailored resources between sessions.
Each programme is completely tailored to your pace, your needs, and your goals.
My role is to walk alongside you — guiding you through a process of healing, rediscovery, and renewal so you can move forward feeling grounded, confident, and at peace.
One to One Coaching
Where did the coach make the most difference to the client?
Finding her place again in the team – bringing out the best in her talent and knowledge and sharing this confidently.
Putting herself outside of her comfort zone and really challenging herself with tasks (that she self-admitted wouldn’t have done even 6 months ago), with hugely positive output and feedback.
What has been the most valuable aspect of this coaching?
Being able to talk to someone who can listen and advise knowing they have no alternative motive. Trusting the 2-way process.
To what extent do you think the coaching has been effective and why?
I feel much more confident in my abilities and am less critical of myself. I’ve become much more accepting of myself. Helen helped me to see that good enough is good enough sometimes. Not everything has to be 140%.
To what extent were the objectives of the coaching met?
To a large extent. The coaching/counselling uncovered some deeper than perceived/admitted trauma, stemming from childhood that had been if not fully, to a large extent. This enabled deep discussion as to why I behave in the way I do and how others can take advantage of me/use me and to explore how I might better manage and take control of my emotions/actions, more.
To what extent do you think the coaching has been effective and why?
I think the coaching has been very effective. A combination of exploratory open questions as well as some more pointed, challenging questions catalysed self-reflection at a deep level. At times, we also discussed some contemporaneous issues which Helen helped me unpick and gain confidence in addressing, using the approaches discussed.
Where did the coach make the most difference to the client?
It is still a journey – but mostly in helping me accept that I am not to blame for how others have treated/taken advantage of me. I’ve become more self-aware of the need to protect myself and demand fair treatment or to disengage much sooner than in the past
What could the coach have done to make the support more effective?
Nothing really… I need more time, but budget is constrained so I’ll return to this. I have picked up good stress management techniques. Indeed, my issues, brought to the sessions might have taken me off track on focusing on the management of others, but this is a practice-makes-perfect thing, I suppose.
Did the coach create a safe and supportive environment for the client?
Yes. And I recommend (if you like dogs) Helen’s dog Freddie who is very stress-relieving.
